Trees are getting too big for many Anthem yards. Consider the Palo Blanco
There are a lot more interesting trees and plants available in our Approved Plants List than we see around our neighborhoods. My favorite of the these is the Palo Blanco tree. The small and delicate Palo Blanco and is often used only as an accent, but with a little patience it can become your featured tree, without overgrowing your yard, as we see happening in many Anthem yards. Initially sparse, the tree will fill out wonderfully, while maintaining its unique petite stature. The stealthy Palo Blanco is able to easily get established without damage from storms, and it grows heartily in any soil conditions. For a list of other approved small trees click here.
